Alyssa is the absolute best! We started our search almost a year out just wanting to see what was available for our price range so we could decide how best to navigate moving back home. Not only was she beyond accomodating with all of the last minute or weekend only appointments, even including those around holidays, but she was also extremely patient with us having our 2 under 2 kiddos and sometimes german shepherd with us plus or minus other family members. She also would even meet at houses being privately sold to at least be another set of eyes going through the tours. When we finally found our forever home, she knew it was the one before we even did. She was available via call or text and went above any expectations regardless of the the time of day to help us write the strongest offer we could. She truly loves being a realtor and values her clients in an admirable and indescribable way. Even after closing, she would reach out and offer recommendations for various issues that had popped up post-inspection. For example, we had water leaking through our roof in multiple spots, and she had someone come out within 24 hours given the forecast was calling for heavy rains that coming weekend. I also cannot forget the most thoughtful gifts she brought to our closing - a welcome home sign and mat but then also the cutest Halloween books for each of our babies, which she did not have to do. Still to this day, I know I can always reach out for any local recommendations, whether for house projects or just the best coffee spots. Those examples alone are just a testament to how genuine she is. She truly cares and goes the extra mile for her clients. Would hands down, 10/10 recommend her to anyone, especially those with little children and/or moving from out of the area.

Alyssa helped me purchase my very first home. Alyssa is super easy to work with, and easy to get along with! She is very patient when it comes to searching for the right home. Alyssa gave me her best and honest opinion when it came to looking at homes. She has an eye for catching the things in a home that may need work done or potential problems.
